Enjoy this private two bedroom home situated on 120 ft. of beautiful Lake Superior property enjoy walks on the beach or watch the magnificent waves or winter ice volcanoes, and amazing sunsets. A Beach Retreat offers one queen size bed in one bedroom and two double size beds in the other bedroom with a capacity of six people.The cottage also offers a very clean and comfortable full bath supplied with large fluffy towels and paper products also provided. Relax in the living room furnished with a couch and love seat while watching a game or movie on the cable TV and keeping warm by the large gas fireplace, there is also a vcr and DVD player.The kitchen is well equipped with full size appliances, microwave,toaster and coffee maker. ( just bring your food).

A Beach Retreat also has air conditioning, although Lake Superior Usually provides pleasant summer breezes. Enjoy the screened porch overlooking the Lake or build a campfire to enjoy roasting hot dogs and marsh melows.also provided is a charcoal grill. Winter sports enthusiast will enjoy the attached garage for storing snowmobiles and skiing equipment or keeping your car from the more than 200” annual snowfall which keeps winter sports alive right thru March Snowmobile trails are located about 800 ft.from your door. Lake of the Clouds Resort is located in beautiful Silver City, Michigan, 1 mile from the entrance to the Porcupine Mountains State Park. We have 5 cabins fully furnished with cable tv, bath and shower combinations, and kitchenettes in all cabins. We are located on snowmobile trail #1 for easy acess and 3 miles from the Porcupine Mountain Ski Hills, where you can snowboard, downhill, and cross country ski. Summertime, hike for miles, backpack, kayak, canoe, and bike ride the many trails in the state park. Lake Superior across the street,with public boat launch 1 block away, and Union Bay beach 1 mile for swimming or rock hunting. We try to keep our rates low for all families to stay with us and enjoy the family vacation.
New this season, Treetops is recreating the terrain park that will focus on safety, flow and beginner-Intermediate skill levels. Treetops will work with BOARDSPORT to incorporate features such as 20′ beginner and intermediate boxes of steel construction with plastic riding surfaces. 
Your feedback is important to us! We would like you to let us know what you think of the new features or tell us what you would like to see. We will use this information to expand on our design, possibly incorporating an additional run for a new more advanced park in the future. Our goal this year and into the future is to provide a safe, fun and exciting area for snowboarders and skiers to test and expand their freestyle skills.
