If you are at all thinking of purchasing a Season Pass this season, NOW IS THE TIME!
We become more and more excited to be the 2nd ski resort in Michigan to operate two high speed chairlifts and continue to add a value to our growing community. If you purchase your season pass in September, it would just take 8.2 weekend rate visits to pay for itself!! Rates will increase each month starting October 1st
We also offer the Multi-Area Season Passes which are good at all of our sister resorts as listed on our website.
Don't wait to take advantage of this great deal!! Buy online at www.skibittersweet.com/tickets-passes/season-passes/ or contact the main office 269 694 2820 Mon-Fri 12n-5pm. ... See MoreSee Less
I live in Colorado now, my Full Epic pass this year is $849. Besides the fact that it gets me into a majority of the largest ski resorts in the world, I also can ski from mid October to Memorial Day. Paying $575 (or $645 for a pass that is more comparable to the epic bc it gets you into partner resorts) for a 2.5 month ski season is absurd
It's totally insane. 5 years ago I was able to buy a family pass for me, my wife, and 2 kids for $620. This year it would cost us $2,150...an increase of 245%! These increases come after BS has enjoyed two record-breaking seasons in a row, so it's not like they're hurting for money. My wife rode the lift with a couple ski patrollers last season who told her the new high speed lift was purchased with cash! So it seems BS is jacking up the prices on their customers simply because they can. Even though anyone with two eyes can see the BS experience has steadily been going downhill over that time. It's a shame to see. I'm pretty sure we'll be buying passes at Timber Ridge this year. If we're going to pay that kind of $, I'd rather it go to a locally-owned business instead of some corporate group with no ties to or interest in serving the local community.
Not surprised. Bittersweet has been on the crack pipe with their pricing for years now. No point in going anymore
I think thats worse than where i live and there is an actual mountain here
Hopefully added another 1000' of vertical along with the new chair for those prices!
The past few years I've had a Bittersweet pass and driven past Timber Ridge to get there. You're not that much better than TR though. Only a little bit better. Your pricing no longer reflects that. You're also approaching the price of an Ikon Base pass, and you bring me nowhere near the joy of real mountains.
Crystal Mountain is the same price, and has more vertical feet as well as 58 runs vs Bittersweet's 20 runs
That is quite a hike from last season. Thanks for pricing me out of a hobby for my kid!
Maybe you can close the main lift again this year, and not post it on your website or face book… but instead tape a piece of computer paper to your door
Your 1 day lift ticket will be $70 I won't be back
Didn't go last year and won't go this year, just not worth it for those prices lol
I’ll second what everyone says. I live out east. Season passes are much cheaper as well as day passes. All sorts of deals and coupons out there on a regular basis as well. Don’t get me wrong I used to shred bittersweet and had fun. How bout a little less trying to keep up with the Jones’s and a little more focus on the community you’re in. I came from the days when friends could get a free pass for a guest. Now the employees themselves have to play hell just to get a pass for themselves to ride. At limited amounts as well.
They decided to do a co-op with other hills. People around mt Holly are pissed too. We don’t have a choice of just getting a mt Holly pass. Now we pay about $100 more for a bunch of hills that most of us will never use.
They are very proud of their slopes….plus they have to pay someone $23 an hour to check the pass on your zipper now so they can afford gas to get to their shift ๐
Hmmmm
That’s not far off of the cost of an Epic Pass!
I was going to say that’s as much as crystal. That’s crazy!!!
Just grab your ankles and pay....At least the chair lifts are nice and they actually make snow whenever they can...
$42 for the beginner hill?? You guys don't get it. I'd like to teach my daughter and son how to ski this winter but it'll cost me $126 for them and I to spend an hour or two on the beginner hill midweek?? UNREAL.....this isn't VAIL....
What a joke! Lol ๐ and $22.50 pitchers of Bud Light lol ๐
More unaffordable than keystone.
๐ฎ Oregon passes were less. Was this place even open the equivalence of 8.2 weekends last year? Is it worth it?
My juice is 8 bucks a 20 Oz bottle ๐
This has to be a joke
So a weekend day pass is $70?
