Ми провели незабутні два дні на гірськолижному курорті в штаті Мічиган – The Highlands Mountain. Дорога зайняла близько п’яти годин через непрості погодні умови, оскільки випав сніг. Це була моя перша поїздка на лижі в дорослому віці, і, чесно кажучи, я була вражена! До цього я каталася лише в дитинстві, і спогади про це вже дуже розмиті. Хочу зазначити, що кататися на лижах – це складно і потребує чималих зусиль, але мені дуже сподобалося, і я впоралася!
Сам курорт залишив тільки приємні враження. Особливо хочу відзначити наш готель – це справжня перлина. Рівень сервісу, чистота в номері, увага до деталей – все на найвищому рівні. Я була вражена! Дякую величезне за такий бездоганний досвід.
Також у готелі є два гарячих чанахи: один із підігрівом, другий – гаряча ванна, або джакузі. Все це входило у вартість проживання. Ще нас приємно здивував ресторан – затишна атмосфера, камін, мальовничий вид з вікна на сніг, що падав. Ми насолодилися кожною хвилиною.
Хочу подякувати своєму коханому за те, що він організував для нас цю подорож. A fun midweek ski getaway! We couldn’t use our Ikon passes on the holiday weekend. It worked out even better to go before the weekend. We had the slopes to ourselves on Thursday! My EV was up to the challenge. It hasn’t taken very many longer trips and now I know it can handle the snow too! ❄️⛷️

Company representatives from Burton, K2, Rossignol, Nordica, Volkl and more will be on site to not only talk about all their great gear but also to let you try all their latest equipment and it’s all FREE. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste anymore time on your old stuff, find a new ride and peg the fun meter on 10.
Must be 18 years old OR have a parent/legal guardian present to sign the release waiver AND have a valid driver’s license OR major credit card to demo equipment.
In appreciation of your local patronage and support of our resorts and operations, Boyne Highlands Resort is pleased to offer a full day of FREE skiing/snowboarding and more to residents of Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, and Otsego counties on Sunday, January 10, 2021. FREE access to the downhill trails at Boyne Highlands, plus the parks, pipes and cross country trails at our resort are available 9am to 4:30pm.
Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, and Otsego county residents need only show their driver’s license or other form of identification with proof of residency at the resorts’ lift ticket windows to receive a FREE lift ticket for the day. Ages 15 and under can ski and snowboard free during Community Appreciation Day if accompanied by an adult with proof of local residency. Community Appreciation Day lift tickets are good from 9am to 4:30pm. Many other specials and discounts are offered to residents of Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, and Otsego on January 10.
