All the Holiday Cheer!
Get ready for a Grinch-tastic takeover at our Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 16. This year, the Grinch is in charge, bringing a touch of holiday mischief to our annual festivities. Capture a memorable photo with Santa Claus himself, and enjoy a roaring bonfire, artsy holiday crafts, cozy movie time, shopping specials, live entertainment, and delicious holiday treats.
Then head up to the NEW Lights In The Sky experience at SkyBridge Michigan, featuring 150,000 twinkle lights. Don’t miss the chance to sip Cocoa with The Grinch – you won’t want to miss his mischievous charm!
Lunch with Santa | Noon – 2pm
Holiday Open House weekend wouldn’t be complete without a visit from the big man himself. From noon-2pm on Saturday, December 16, you are invited to Lunch with Santa. Bring your little ones and enjoy a delicious meal while creating unforgettable memories with the jolly old man in the red suit. Plus, don’t miss Photos with Santa in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa lobby from 3 – 5pm.
Meet The Grinch | 5 – 8pm
Get up close and personal with the Grinch! Step into Whoville and capture the holiday spirit with an unforgettable photo opportunity alongside this iconic character. He might even strike a classic Grinch pose or two! But that’s not all – you can also cozy up with the Grinch over a cup of steaming hot cocoa. Share your holiday wishes, swap stories about your favorite Grinchy pranks, and maybe even convince him to join in on a little holiday mischief.
Lights In The Sky at SkyBridge Michigan | 3 – 9pm
Don’t miss SkyBridge Michigan’s new Lights In The Sky experience, featuring over 150,000 twinkle lights. This captivating display transports you to a world of wonder and awe. Join us for an enchanting night under the stars and be part of the luminous holiday magic at Boyne Mountain.

Ring in the new year.
Whether your New Year’s plans include the slopes or the bars, we have just what you need to ring in 2024. In fact, this is how we would do it:
Wake and make turns starting at 9am, then take an afternoon trip to Avalanche Bay. Only the best for you, feast on surf and turf at one of our two New Year’s Eve dinner offerings.
Down a little bubbly and dress warm for the return of our annual Torchlight Parade followed by a bangin’ Fireworks Display.

- 11am-8pm: Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark Open
- 3-9pm: Lights in the Sky Experience | Buy SkyBridge Michigan Tickets

- 7pm: “Frozen” Family Movie Night | Geneva Room
- 9:30pm: Torchlight Parade & Fireworks Extravaganza | Slopes of Victor
- 10pm-12:30am: Family New Year’s Eve Party | Vienna Ballroom | Complimentary admission | Bring the kids for a night of New Year’s fun. Dance the night away, play family board games and count it down to midnight with a champagne (and sparkling grape juice) toast.
