Crystal Mountain – Founders Peak2Peak Mountain Bike Classic – October 20, 2018

The annual Founders Peak2Peak Mountain Bike Classic is held in and around the beautiful, gently rolling terrain surrounding Crystal Mountain. The race starts and finishes near the base of the front-side slopes. Riders journey through hardwood and pine forests along rambling two-tracks and flowing single-track on a course that is fast and challenging, but not so difficult that racers new to the sport won’t have a great time.

Start Time for Wave #1 in the Sports/Beginners category is 9:30am. Start Time for Wave #1 in the Experts/Pros category is 1pm. View all Start Times »

Peak2Peak is made possible by a partnership between Crystal Mountain and Endoman Promotions, LLC. Please use the following links to find Peak2Peak race information on EndomanPromotions.com.

Crystal Mountain

Among the things for which we are most thankful this November is enough snow to open for skiing and riding (10am-4:30pm) on Thanksgiving Day! In keeping with the spirit of the season, lift tickets will be FREE on opening day (November 22) with rentals at $15 per person.

In the meantime, we’re letting our snowmaking crews maximize efforts on Buck, Cheers to Lou (formerly known as Cheers) and Main street to get as much terrain open as possible.

The downhill trails will be open 9am-4:30pm Friday through Sunday of the holiday weekend (November 23-25) with lift tickets $25 for adults, $15 for juniors (7-17) and seniors (60-79) and free for kids 6 and under. Ski and snowboard rental is $25 for adults and $15 for kids from Friday through Sunday.

Our snowguns have been running since 10pm last night and there’s no sign of stopping today. Plus Mother Nature gave us another 2 inches of snow overnight. Think cold, think snow! ... See MoreSee Less
