In celebration of World Snow Day, Crystal Mountain is offering a variety of activities geared to introduce "first timers" to the great world of snow.

12pm - 4pm: View a Snow Gun and Groomer up close! Located on the slopes behind the Crystal Center.

Crystal Mountain – Airsoft Biathlon – February 9, 2025
[ February 9, 2025 to February 10, 2025. ]
Join us as we combine airsoft and cross-country skiing into our Airsoft Biathlon! The ski trail will be a one-mile long loop with two target stations. Must be 8 years or older to participate.
Cost: $25 per person. Includes cross-country ski equipment rental and airsoft equipment.

Boyne Mountain ~ Adgate Trophy Race ~ February 15, 2025
[ February 15, 2025; ] The Adgate Trophy race is hosted by Boyne's Ambassador of skiing, former Olympian, US National Champion, and 2009 US Ski Hall of Fame inductee, Cary Adgate.

Our team has been hard at work preparing the mountain. Opening next weekend allows us to open with the great conditions Pine Mountain is known for and stay open longer. We are anticipating 8 runs being open! Friday: Our current plan is to have 26 slopes open, including Buck, Loki, Thor and Main Street. This will include opening the Buck, Loki, and Clipper chairlifts, plus our two carpet lifts. In addition, we'll have six park features up in Jester's Alley!
Saturday: We plan to open the entire North Face plus North Face chairlift, bringing our slope count up to 37.
The weather looks favorable to continue snowmaking and adding more terrain ASAP. Lift hours from Friday, December 12 through Thursday, December 18 will be 9am - 4:30pm. We'll begin night skiing on Friday, December 19 (9am - 9pm).

FROM Vasa Trail Ski Conditions >> Greetings Badgers, Groomers James and Dale are out this morning resetting classic tracks and freshening the skate lane, making the most of the ½" to 1" of new snow since yesterday. They’ve completed the 5K and 10K loops and are now working their way through the rest of the trail system.
Their report indicates that conditions are looking very good and continuing to shape up nicely—so skiing today should be excellent!
